My family moved here when I was 4 years old. Giving you years would be telling age!!

St. Paul the Apostle, Kress

Where are you originally from?
I was born in Oglesby, Texas

What is your full time job?
I'm an Administrative Secretary for the Superintendent of Schools in Kress

What do you hope to contribute as a member of the Diocesan Assembly Committee?
I hope that my small faith community experience helps the Committee in their plans for the Diocese. The picture of a large faith community compared to small is different, yet our needs are the same.

What is your hope for the Diocesan Assembly?
I believe the Pastoral Letter is a challenge to each of us. Through the Diocesan Assembly I believe we will each be called to make a long thorough reflection and offer much prayer to re-evaluate our ministry actions. Not ministries, but in the way we minister. Are we truly being the kind of minister God has intended us to be and are we ministering in the way God wants us to? This is going to take a great deal of prayer as an individual and as a parish!

What is your favorite prayer?
My favorite prayer is Psalm 138:2-8

I love to read and bake! Not clean up, but bake! I'm actually a good cook! Believe it or not!
