A Night At The Museum

July 11, 2023Amarillo—The Catholic Historical Society invites the public to its Night at the Museum, taking place Thursday, July 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 at the museum, located inside the Diocesan Pastoral Center, 4512 NE 24th Ave.
“We will be featuring a new round of artwork for those in attendance to vote on,” said Susan Garner, diocesan archivist/curator.
The theme of this year’s art competition is Faith in Action.
“Voting will begin at 6:00 and conclude at 7:30, with the winners being announced prior to the conclusion of the evening,” said Garner. “The first-place winner in each category will receive a check for $1,000. Second place in each category will win a $500 check, with third place in each category winning a $250 check.
“We invite everyone to join us for delectable refreshments, compliments of the museum, to vote for their favorite painting and see the memorabilia of your ancestors in Faith.”
