Amarillo—News items from the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center:
• Laugh Yourself to Better Health is the theme of a Busy Person’s Retreat Tuesday, May 11 at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center, 2100 North Spring.
Certified Laugh Leader Bev Harris will be the presenter. It will be her second appearance at the BDRC in just over a month—Harris is also scheduled to present a short program Friday, April 9 at an Easter Luncheon.
Dinner will be served at 5:30pm, with Harris scheduled to speak at 6:30.
“Bev will offer ways to help beat the post-pandemic blahs by reducing stress and giving your immune system a jump start through helpful hints for a healthier you,” said BDRC executive director Linda Astuto.
