Weekend Marriage Retreat In Pampa Nov. 20-21

Pampa— Matrimonio-Vida-Familia, a Spanish-speaking group that has been working with parishioners at St. Vincent de Paul Church for nearly 17 years will conduct a Weekend Retreat at the parish with the purpose of enriching and strengthening marriages as well as preparing couples for marriage.

The retreat will take place Friday, Nov. 20 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday, Nov. 21 from 8:00am to 8:00pm at the St. Vincent de Paul Pastoral Education Center at 810 West 23rd Street.

There is no fee for the weekend, but a love offering will be appreciated at the end of the weekend. Couples that need a proof of attendance for marriage purposes must attend the full program, according to Father Franciso Perez, JCL, pastor at St. Vincent de Paul Church.

Those planning to attend are asked to call the St. Vincent de Paul parish office at 806-665-8933 so a sufficient amount of materials may be ordered. Those attending are asked not to bring their children to the retreat, as there will be no nursery service, according to Father Perez.
