Conception Seminary Visit Scheduled

Amarillo—Wednesday, March 30 is the deadline to sign up for a trip to visit Conception Seminary in Missouri next month.

The trip is for any young man between the ages of 16 and 25. The group will leave Amarillo the afternoon of Friday, April 15 and return the early evening of Monday, April 18.

“Men from all parts of the country will come together in Conception to see the seminary and to draw their own conclusions about life at a seminary,” said seminarian Shane Wieck, who is spending his pastoral year at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Dalhart and St. Mary’s Church, Texline. “We invite all young men between the ages of 16 and 25 to join us for the Encounter Weekend.”

There is no cost to take part in the trip to Conception Seminary, said Wieck.
