Amarillo—The Diocese of Amarillo is partnering with Oregon Catholic Press (OCP) to present Training for Hispanic Pastoral Musicians, set for Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4100 South Coulter.
The training, which will be presented entirely in Spanish, will feature presentations by noted musicians Pedro Rubalcava and Rodolfo López.
During the day of training, musicians will learn techniques to strengthen musical talents and skills for their ministry. Workshops will include:
• Vocal technique;
• Guitar;
• Percussion; and,
• Liturgy.
