The Unique Thing About Where I’m Studying is… A unique thing is that the seminary has a minor basilica located on campus that contains several large beuronese murals.
When Did You Receive Your Call To The Priesthood? I felt the call the year before I graduated from West Texas A&M University. I was working at the Catholic Student Center in Canyon and frequently attended weekly adoration. It was in these quiet moments and many chats with Father Daniel Dreher that I started to understand what God was calling me to do.

Words Of Wisdom For Those Discerning Their Vocation? The best advice I can give is to find someone you trust and talk with them about what you think your vocation is. Other people can open your eyes to what you might want to ignore or miss. Remember just showing interest and discussing a vocation to the priesthood doesn’t mean you’re locked into it. Seminary helps you to continue to discern your true vocation.
