Reception To Honor Deacon Phil Whitson

Amarillo--The public is invited to attend a come-and-go reception honoring Deacon Phil Whitson Saturday, May 15 from 10:00am to noon in the Conference Center at the Diocesan Pastoral Center, 4512 NE 24th Ave.

Deacon Whitson served as diocesan Chief Financial Officer from 2004 until Dec. 30, 2020. He was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate for the Diocese of Amarillo by Bishop Patrick J. Zurek on June 4, 2011 at St. Mary's Cathedral, Amarillo.
