NFP Training

Natural Family Planning is a fertility awareness method that enables couples to mutually value, respect and understand their fertility; and through this understanding, achieve or avoid pregnancy in accordance with Church teachings. By becoming an instructor you will be aiding couples in their journey by:

-Enabling women to understand their cycle and her reproductive life
-Enabling men to better understand and share in the events of their wives cycle and fertility
-Teaching couples how to enhance their communication and intimacy
-Teaching the differences between NFP and artifical contraception as well as what risks lie within artificial contraception.
-Teaching couples what true sexuality looks like
