2024-25 Fiscal Year Publication schedule
The mission of this publication is to educate and inform the Church of Amarillo.
The 2024 publication calendar for The West Texas Catholic has been announced, according to editor-in-chief Chris Albracht. There will be 20 issues of the WTC during the calendar year, with publications occurring on the first and third Sundays of each month, with the exception of January, June, July, and August, which are published on the third Sunday of the month.
The deadline for advertisements, photos, and story suggestions is 10-14 days prior to each issue date. Deadlines and issue dates are subject to change at the discretion of the editor. See the Content & Ad Submissions tab above for more information.

The West Texas Catholic welcomes your letters, articles, and captioned photos.
Letters must be signed and include your mailing address and telephone number; however, only your name and city will be published. Please keep all letters to 200 words or less.
The deadline for advertisements, photos, and story suggestions is 10-14 days prior to each issue date. See the Publication Schedule & Deadlines tab above for more information.
Email is the preferred method of receiving information and photos. Correspondence and photos should be sent to [email protected]. Alternatively, content can be mailed to The West Texas Catholic at P.O. BOX 5644, Amarillo, TX 79117-5644. Information can also be faxed to 806-383-8452.
We do not accept photos taken on cell phone cameras; they will not be considered for publication.
