It is time to come together in fellowship and prayer, as the young church of Jesus Christ! Get ready for great music, motivational keynote speakers, engaging workshops, and powerful experiences with the Holy Spirit through the Eucharistic liturgy, exposition, and adoration. And, as always, a community of fellowship and fun as we close at Wonderland Park!

How Much Are Tickets? How Much Do I Receive?

• Raffle tickets will be sold at $10 per ticket; each seller will receive $5 per ticket toward their DCYC registration and expenses.  
• Why 50/50? Our goal is to retain at least $3000 to purchase raffle prizes for next year’s fundraiser. You are helping future youth experience DCYC!
• EXTRA, EXTRA! If a parish group sells:
  1. Over 100 tickets, they will receive an extra 10% of the earnings (60% towards group).
  2. Over 250 tickets – 20% of the earnings (70% towards group).
  3. Over 350 tickets – 30% of the earnings (80% towards group).

5 Easy Steps to Attend DCYC 2025 at No Cost!

1. Calculate how much it will cost your parish for each young person to attend DCYC (registration, travel, food). For example: if it is going to cost a total of $100, each seller should sell at least 20 tickets…with that, no out-of-pocket expenses!
2. Contact Oscar Guzman at the diocesan youth ministry office to get your raffle tickets.
3. Sell your tickets by the established deadline; cash or check (made payable to “Diocese of Amarillo”) accepted.
4. Mail or drop off your money and tickets to the Diocese of Amarillo by the deadline.
5. Wait in joyful anticipation of the upcoming DCYC Youth Rally!

How Do I Return the Money & Tickets?

• BY MAIL: Postmarked by Saturday, December 7, 2024
• IN PERSON: Dropped off at the diocesan youth office by Friday, December 13, 2024 before 5 p.m.

The diocesan delegation has begun accepting names for anyone interested in attending World Youth Day Seoul in 2027.

• Estimated Cost: $3100

• Delegates over 18 years of age need to have their Diocesan Safe Environment Training and background check completed prior to acceptance.

• Delegates aged 16-17 years old must register with a parish group, organization, or parent. Group/Organization: at least one pilgrim over 25 years of age and one over 18 years of age.

• Delegates under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent at all times.

• Delegates must stay in groups of three or more when attending separate activities approved by appointed diocesan leaders.

Formation dates will be announced at a later date.

Formation is an integral step for our pilgrimage for World Youth Day. It is highly recommended each delegate attend all formation meetings, which prepare the mind, body, and soul in order to get the most out of our pilgrimage. In addition, we engage in various activities as a group to prepare us for our journey.
